Constitution

Like other companies Minima Yacht Club Limited has Articles of Association which set out how it is constituted and govern its relationship with its members.  In addition, there are Rules which set out how the club operates and which all members agree to follow as a condition of membership.

Health and safety

The Club has incorporated key policies and procedures related to health and safety into our Health and Safety Manual. This includes our Health and Safety Policy Statement, Major Incident Procedure and Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy as well as procedures relating to first aid, fire etc.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

The Club has adopted Standard Operating Procedures to cover its activities on and off the water.  These documents can be found on their respective pages:

Complaints and Grievances

Any member of the Club wishing to raise any grievance or complaint relating to the club, its officers or any other member should bring it to the attention of the Secretary or any Flag Officer.
